Vinnidhy H. Dave, DO


Dr. Dave is the Director of Medical Pain Management at Hospital for Special Surgery. He specializes in treating complex, chronic, neuropathic and post-surgical pain conditions using individualized therapies with multi-modal regimens and a multidisciplinary approach. Dr. Dave focuses on pharmacological management of a variety of pain syndromes and helps patients titrate off pain medications after surgery. His goal is to improve the quality of life for his patients by alleviating pain and improving their functional condition.

Dr. Dave trained at Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School for Internal Medicine and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center for Pain and Palliative fellowship. Prior to joining HSS Dr. Dave worked at a Mount Sinai affiliate hospital in New Jersey where he helped the Pain Management program grow to number one in NJ by Castle Connolly. Dr. Dave joined Hospital for Special Surgery to help patients with chronic pain conditions and patients with pain in the post-surgical period.
