One New Drug for Two Diseases

In the May/June issue of Arthritis Today, Susan M. Goodman, MD, a rheumatologist at Hospital for Special Surgery, comments on a new biologic that is effective for patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) or psoriatic arthritis (PsA) called secukinumab (Cosentyx). Dr. Goodman mentions that, "Secukinumab is an important treatment option."
