Stamford Advocate reporter Martin Cassidy writes on the new collaboration between Hospital for Special Surgery and Stamford Health.
He reports that HSS Orthopedics at Stamford Health will be located on the fifth floor of Stamford Hospital's new building where specialists from HSS will perform joint replacement and reconstruction among other musculoskeletal surgeries.
"We are drawing upon the very best skills, talent and resources of HSS and Stamford Health in what is truly a transformational collaboration between our two organizations," said Louis A. Shapiro, president and CEO of HSS.
