Quality Measures Used to Assess Care, Improve Outcomes in Children, Adults with Rheumatic Diseases

During the ACR/ARHP annual meeting, Shanthini Kasturi, MD, MS spoke on a study that evaluated the accuracy of the PROMIS Global 10 program. PROMIS 10 is a program that measures physical and mental health in adult patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).

"This study is an important first step in demonstrating the potential of the PROMIS Global 10 for the routine measurement of patient-centered outcomes in clinical rheumatology," said Dr. Kasturi.
