Prevention featured Heidi Skolnik, MS, CDN, FACSM, sports nutritionist at HSS, in an article about energy-boosting tips to use for the full day.
Skolnik advised to move during the day and "get up, stretch, and stroll every hour to hour-and-a-half". The article suggested to walk to a coworker’s cube instead of sending an email, or to take the stairs if heading to another floor in your office.
