Parents Magazine—August 1, 2018

Parents Magazine reported on research that found that children who eat fish at least once a week scored higher results on IQ exams.

HSS registered dietician Laura Gibofsky, MS, RD, CDN, who was not involved in the study, suggested a child-friendly way to serve fish. She advised baking whitefish after lightly coating them in egg whites and breadcrumbs.
