Pagan set for elbow surgery

Outfield candidate Angel Pagan will miss 6 to 8 weeks after opting for arthroscopic surgery to repair a bone spur in his right elbow, the Mets announced following today's 5-5 Grapefruit League tie with the Nationals. The surgery is set for tomorrow at Hospital for Special Surgery in Manhattan.
