Orthopedic Network News (ONN) reported that HSS holds the number two spot on the Top 10 Hospitals with Medicare Shoulder Cases (2015-2016) list as well appears on the 10 Top U.S. DRG-Paid Medicare Shoulder Replacement Hospitals (2016) list.

Additionally, ONN reported that 71 percent of the shoulder replacement cases at HSS were Medicare patients.
