Older People Play Dodgeball, Too: ‘We Are Animals’

The New York Times—November 9, 2017

The New York Times reported that HSS and Asphalt Green, a nonprofit organization that provides athletic community programs, are partnering to determine if their new exercise class for the elderly can improve strength and coordination. In order for adults to test their balance, they are challenged to participate in playground games. According to the article, HSS will survey and collect data on participants throughout the program’s 20-week session.
