Judge's absence puts spotlight squarely on Giancarlo Stanton

New York Post interviewed HSS hand and upper extremity surgeon Daniel A. Osei, MD, MSc, in an article about New York Yankees' Aaron Judge's recent wrist chip fracture.

Dr. Osei, who did not treat Judge, explained that "he needs to have the inflammation reduced. The chip fracture probably won't bother him long-term."

"You don't want a recurrence. It's more of a pain threshold situation," Dr. Osei added.
