NYPD Cop who was Accidentally Shot in leg by Fellow Cop While Responding to Melee in Bronx set to be Released from Hospital

New York Daily News reporters Joseph Stepansky, Ben Kochman and Graham Rayman report that New York Police Department Officer Sherrod Stuart, who was shot in his right ankle while on duty in early January, was released from Hospital for Special Surgery on Thursday, January 21, 2016. Officer Stuart was greeted and saluted by fellow officers as he left the hospital.
