Nerlens Noel undergoes surgery on sore left knee

Comcast SportsNet Philly reports that Philadelphia 76ers' Nerlens Noel has had surgery on his sore left knee.

They report that the surgery is a minor elective arthroscopic procedure performed by Riley J. Williams III, MD, sports medicine surgeon at Hospital for Special Surgery.
