iPad neck is real. Do you have it?

Moneyish featured HSS primary care sports medicine physician Jordan D. Metzl, MD, in an article about how to manage "tablet neck", an aching pain in the neck suffered by users hunching over tablet screens.

"Planks really help, because they're strengthening the muscles around the spine and your core," said Dr. Metzl.

To treat the pain, Dr. Metzl advised to "get a partner or a friend or a professional to give your neck and shoulders a massage. Or I'm a big fan of using a foam roller to loosen the muscles around the neck and shoulders."
