Make It Better—November 8, 2017
Make It Better featured HSS sports medicine surgeon Sabrina M. Strickland, MD in an article about how to prevent injuries during ski season.

To avoid these injuries, she advised to strengthen your quads and glutes, end your ski day when you feel tired, and get your bindings adjusted at the beginning of each season.
