According to the article, certain diets have been known to reduce inflammation and could potentially help the pain associated with RA.
"The Mediterranean diet has foods that are inherently anti-inflammatory, like fatty fish, and avoids processed foods, so it is a healthy diet for those with autoimmune disease and arthritis," she said.
