The Type of Workout You Should Be Doing If You Can't Stay Motivated

HSS primary care sports medicine physician Jordan D. Metzl, MD, addressed the benefits of group workouts in Greatist.

According to Dr. Metzl, community plays a key role in exercise efficacy.

"There's power in community when it's inclusive. It brings everyone to a different level," he said.

"There's no such thing as a perfect workout. It's about bringing people together, feeling better, smiling, and having fun," added Dr. Metzl.
