Fitness Bands: How Accurate Are They?

In a GMA investigators piece, fitness bands, the wearable tech gadgets that is popular among those that want to keep close tabs on their health, were tested for accuracy. This sweat challenge included a trip to Hospital for Special Surgery, where Exercise Physiologist Polly de Mille used a metabolic cart to count calories while the investigators ran for 6 minutes.
