"People with arthritic conditions generally do better in warmer, sunnier climates. Some people with RA may also find it helpful to live in less stressful environments," he said.
Indalecio noted that it’s important to be near a top-quality rheumatologist who can help you find the best treatment plan for you and monitor your disease progression. Once you have a treatment plan, Indalecio said "no matter where you live, what’s most important is that you follow your treatment plan and get plenty of healthy diet, rest, and exercise."
