Louis A. Shapiro, president and CEO of Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), was featured in a video interview for Center for Higher Ambition Leadership. Interviewed by Dr. Douglas Wilson, Mr. Shapiro discussed innovation and looking to the future for HSS.
According to Dr. Wilson, Mr. Shapiro understands the need to be a continual learner, and said "the riskiest thing we can do now is try and stay the same."
