Healthcare Finance—December 7, 2016

Healthcare Finance reports that the design and construction of both inpatient and outpatient facilities has helped hospitals become a major economic force according to a survey by the New York Building Congress. Capital spending on hospitals is projected to generate over 11,000 temporary construction jobs by year's end and over 13,000 more in 2017.

According to this report, Hospital for Special Surgery has invested nearly $60 million in 2015.
