Pendulum Exercise - Left Total Shoulder Replacement


  • Relax your left shoulder gently away from body

Starting position

  • When standing, lean forward and hold onto a stable surface using your right arm for balance


  • Gently move your body side to side, forward and back, clockwise, and counter-clockwise in small circles


  • If you become dizzy or lightheaded, immediately stop performing this exercise
  • If very difficult, you may perform this exercise seated
