Jhonelle Gravesandy, MS, RN, FNP-BC, is a radiology nurse practitioner at Hospital for Special Surgery. She previously spent five years working as a nurse on the post-anesthesia care unit and the special procedures unit at HSS. She also obtained a solid nursing foundation at The Brooklyn Hospital Center (New York), working on the cardiac care unit caring for step down, telemetry, and level II ICU patients.
Jhonelle's fields of academic and clinical interest include pain management and holistic medicine. She is a current member of the American Nurses Association.
Jhonelle obtained a BSN from Adelphi University in Garden City, NY. She is a board certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-BC) from the ANCC.
Jhonelle loves to travel, especially to her home island, Jamaica. In her spare time she enjoys music, dance, Pilates, yoga, and experiencing new foods.
