Anna Berg is an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner specializing in occupational health. She has over seven years of experience in occupational health at both Hospital for Special Surgery and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. Prior to her career as a nurse practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse specializing in orthopedics at both Upstate Medical University Hospital (New York) and Cedars Sinai Medical Center (California).
Anna has great interest in the occupational health specialty.She has contributed to the expansion of occupational health programs including compliance with national standards, wellness, immunizations, infectious disease exposure guidelines, and back to work programs.
Anna is a member of the Association of Occupational Health Professionals in Healthcare and The American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Anna completed her BSN at Binghamton University and MSN at New York University, where she graduated as a distinguished master’s student. She holds two board certifications by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner.
Anna enjoys exploring the restaurant scene is New York City, as well as running in Central Park and skiing in her hometown in the Adirondacks.
