VOICES Medicaid Managed Care Education Program
The VOICES Medicaid Managed Care Education Program assists Ambulatory Care Center patients in accessing HSS’s specialty care by helping them understand their options under Medicaid managed care. The program provides information, education, and advocacy to help patients obtain and maintain care whenever possible.
The Medicaid managed care plans accepted by Hospital for Special Surgery's Ambulatory Care Center are Neighborhood Health Providers and Affinity. We also accept members of Neighborhood Health Providers and Affinity Child Health Plus/Family Health Plus. If you would like to be seen in the Ambulatory Care Center and you have another Medicaid managed care plan, please contact us so that we can talk together about your options.
