Our Licensed Massage Therapist offers a range of medical massage techniques for various conditions. Specialized massage services provided include myofascial release, sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, and perinatal massage. Massage therapy appointments can be made on a stand alone basis or in conjunction with other services.
The essential elements of the performance training service include very specific post-rehabilitation training and sports performance enhancement. One on one sessions emphasize medical and functional goals including injury prevention, restoration of function, and improved activity tolerance. Sessions may include hands-on flexibility training, manual resistance, muscle energy techniques, Pilates and Gyrotonic® training.
We offer a 55 minute comprehensive evaluation and planning session before you begin your individualized training sessions.
