Sessions may include hands-on flexibility training, manual resistance, muscle energy techniques, Pilates and GYROTONIC® training.
Training designed with the golfer in mind. Improve your game and reduce the chance of injury. Exercises focus on the biomechanical requirements of the golf swing: muscle coordination, flexibility, muscular endurance, range of motion, and balance. With regular attendance, participants will improve core control and strength, increase range of motion of the spine, hips, and shoulder girdle, improve balance, and enhance posture. Research has demonstrated an increase in the club head speed of participants in this type of exercise program.
Pre and post natal massage treatments are designed to enhance the function and well being of the mommy-to-be by using nurturing touch. Due to the delicate nature of pregnancy, optional positioning is used to encourage maximal fetal oxygenation and ensure the safety of mother and baby. This is an exceptional treatment designed to help the mother unwind, bring her body and mind into balance, and ease pregnancy related discomforts.
Packages are available and offer 3 to 10 sessions scheduled throughout the pregnancy. These sessions can include your choice of prenatal massage, post-partum massage, partner massage, labor massage instruction, or infant massage instruction.
Private sessions based in Pilates and Yoga principles provide gentle, supportive exercise performed with attentive, expert guidance. Our program will help to improve posture, enhance endurance, support joints, tone muscles, and prepare you for delivery.
