Dr. Lehman and the Division of Pediatric Rheumatology are actively involved in long term studies of the treatment and cause(s) of childhood systemic lupus erythematosus. He also remains committed to long term studies of the treatment and etiology of child scleroderma and Parry-Romberg syndrome. He remains a major collaborator in multi-institutional studies of animal models of rheumatic disease including childhood arthritis, Kawasaki disease, and post-streptococcal reactive arthritis.
