Mysterious Illness Strikes Football Team

Oregon high school football players were hospitalized with the same symptoms and doctors still don't know why. Compartment syndrome is believed to be the diagnosis.

Dr. Jordan Metzl, sports medicine physician at Hospital for Special Surgery, says, "The fact that 12 or 13 kids are getting this all at the same time is a little strange. I've never seen this and it's not reported in the literature."
