The Wall Street Journal reports that New York City's bike-rental system will expand to the Upper West and Upper East sides of Manhattan with residents expressing their concerns and/or support of this expansion.
Hospital for Special Surgery's Happy Freedman, who is a service project coordinator with the Prosthetics and Orthotics Service, said that Citi Bikes would be convenient for regular patients.
"I have patients who would love to ride their bike, see the doctor, then go home," said Happy.
