Everyday Health reports on hand and foot exercises to reduce joint pain and increase flexibility, strength and range of motion for those with psoriatic arthritis.
Lauren Piljic, physical therapist at Hospital for Special Surgery, explains that exercise can help maintain the function of your joints and provides simple exercises to do at home to keep fingers, wrists, toes and ankles limber.
To keep fingers limber, Piljic suggests to "put your fingers in a bowl of rice and then gently open and close your fingers against the rice".
