This course will educate practitioners about postural abnormalities and movement impairments, ways to assess posture and how to perform an ergonomic assessment in the work place. Clinicians will gain an understanding of common postural changes in the office which can lead to repetitive overuse and eventually injury. A brief description of interventions including yoga and an office home exercise program will give clinicians an understanding of ways to help improve and maintain improved postures in patients.
