Fellowship Application Process

Applications to the program are considered on an annual basis. A complete application portfolio consists of a curriculum vitae, three or more letters of recommendation, a Dean’s letter, a personal statement and the completed application form. The Physiatry Fellowship Program Committee reviews all applications. The selected applicants are notified and invited to the "interview" process.

All interviews are conducted on the same day - usually the Friday after Labor Day in September.
