Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), an Orthopedic Consultant to NYRR for the ING New York City Marathon, is pleased to host a Learning Series event to give marathon runners some final tips about a tapering plan, nutrition, and dealing with aches and pains. The program intends to help participants prepare for the last month of marathon training. The program targets both first-time and experienced marathoners.
