Marci joined the Department of Biomechanics at HSS as a research engineer in August 2011. Her main areas of research at HSS include managing the hospitalís implant retrieval program and arthroplasty related implant retrieval studies. During her undergraduate education at Clemson University, Marci worked in Dr. John DesJardinís lab where she gained experience with implant retrieval and orthopedic implants. Marci graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Bioengineering from Clemson in May 2011.
