Correction of Bowleg Alignment (genu valrum) with Spatial Frames

Pre-Op

Brenda was experiencing medial knee pain and was unhappy with the appearance of her legs. Her bowlegged alignment caused there to be excessive pressure on the inside of her knees.

Post-Op

Staged bilateral tibia and fibula osteotomies were done. Correction was done gradually with the Taylor Spatial frame.
