SNEAKER© was sponsored by the Indirect Vitamins Purchasers Antitrust Litigation Settlement administered by the New York State Attorney General.

In 2003, the New York State Attorney General’s Office awarded Hospital for Special Surgery the resources to implement a program focused on “the improvement of the health and/or nutrition of New York State citizens and/or the advancement of nutritional, dietary or agricultural science.” http://www.oag.state.ny.us/

From 2003 to 2005, Hospital for Special Surgery conducted several SNEAKER© Programs at elementary schools, community centers and not-for-profit organizations, reaching over 2,000 New York City Children.
